T32 Condor History:

The Curtiss T-32 Condor is a biplane, transport and bomber type of aircraft and entered the service along with Boeing 247 and the Douglas DC-2. It was designed at Curtiss Buffalo plant and was called the XT-32 during that time. The T-32 Condor is also known as the Curtiss-Wright CW-4. It was designed and developed as a commercial transportation for fifteen passengers.

The T-32 Condor's detail development was eventually transferred with Robertson, St. Louis, Missouri plant. Its maiden flight also took place at the same venue. On the 23rd of March 1933, the aircraft was delivered to Eastern Air Transport. The aircraft was powerful and stable. While on the service the T-32 can carry fifteen passengers plus three of its flight crew comfortably. They travel with speed of 150-mph.

The T-32 Condor was the first aircraft that incorporated sound proofing that tone down its noise level. It is powered by two Wright nine cylinders that are geared with Cyclone F engines with 700-horsepower at 1,800 rpm supplied power. Total production was 21 aircraft.
